Spicy chicken soup with shiitake - ReCiPes

You will need

  • The pasta is the basis of “MISO” from Sen Soy Premium

  • Shiitake mushrooms from Sen Soy Premium

  • Chicken breast on the bone with skin

    Remove the skin and fat from chicken breast. Mince with carrots (pre-cleaned) or puree them in a blender.

  • 2.

    Shiitake mushrooms pour boiling water and leave for 10 minutes. Then wash and squeeze. If you bought whole shiitake, they can be cut into sticks.
    Ginger root (a piece of 1-1,5 cm) peel and cut into very thin strips.

  • 3.

    In a pan, first fry the ginger, after 2 minutes add the onions (sliced thin half-rings) and fry it until Golden brown. Adding shiitake, minced garlic and spices (coriander, black pepper, nutmeg), stir fry 3 minutes.

    Cook the broth: drop the fillet on the bone and shredded in a blender the skin with carrots, cook until tender. Take out the chicken breast on the bone. Divide the pulp into small fibers, bone stock.

    While cooking the broth, wash the rice (5-7 times), then pour the water (2.5 cm from the level of the rice) and cook under the lid tightly closed in 6 minutes. Then make little heat, add fish stock, stir quickly, again tightly close the lid and cook for 6 minutes. If the technology of cooking is not to break the rice cooked quickly.

    In a pot of boiling broth, add pasta, stir until smooth, cook on medium heat for 4 minutes.
