Soup "FO-BO" - ReCiPes

You will need

  • The basis for the preparation of pastes “FO” from Sen Soy Premium

    1 piece (80 g)

  • Water

    1.2 l

  • Beef ribs

    400-500 g

  • Rice noodles “Pho Ho” from Sen Soy Premium

    150 g

  • Fish sauce from Sen Soy Premium

    1 tbsp

  • Chili

  • Green onions

  • Lime

    First boil the broth beef ribs (1.4 l of water), add branded fish sauce, cook for about an hour on medium heat.

  • 2.

    Then take out the ribs, the meat separated from the bones and cut into small pieces (according to tradition – of similar form).

  • 3.

    In a pan with meat broth (water should be at least 1.2 l) pour the finished pasta-the Foundation for soup “PHO” brand Sen Soy Premium. Mix thoroughly until complete dissolution of the paste.

  • 4.

    In a separate pan cook 4 min. wide rice noodles “PHO-HO” brand Sen Soy Premium. Then recline in a colander.

  • 5.

    Distribute the noodles into four bowls. Sprinkle with chopped greens. Put on top of boiled beef. And pour the boiling broth.

  • 6.

    The soup is served immediately to the table with a slice of lime.

    (!) As with all Asian dishes, soup “Pho Bo” re-heating not be so prepared on the basis of actual needs and on a certain number of people.
