To make the soup, you must first peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and boil them. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots. Put vegetables in the pan. Do not cut the sausages too finely. Put slices of sausage in a pan, to carrots and onions.
Fry the mixture over low heat. When the potatoes are ready, transfer the contents from the pan to the pan. Put greens and bay leaves. Cook a simple soup of smoked sausages for another 5 minutes. Pour the prepared soup into plates and serve.
