Pan Asian soup with red and white beans - ReCiPes

You will need

  • Sauce “CURRY” (CURRY) from SenSoyPremium

    1 PC (120 g)

  • White beans

    300 g

  • Red beans

    300 g

  • Pepper

    2 PCs

  • Tomato paste

    4 tbsp

  • Bow large

  • Garlic

  • Hot pepper

  • The lime zest

    Rinse the beans, pour cold water (1.5 to 2 cm above the beans).

    (!) Cook red and white beans separately.

    (!) NO SALT (otherwise the beans will harden and will have it for a long time to cook).

    Bring to a boil. Drain off the water. Pour cold to its former level, bring to a boil (takes about 7 minutes) and drained. Again pour cold water on the same level now podsalvage water, add 3 tbsp vegetable oil (for elasticity), stir, bring to a boil.

    Then put fried vegetables, tomato paste, finely minced garlic and hot pepper (no seeds). Cook for 3 minutes. Turn off the stove. Add the lime zest and mix everything together. And in a minute served to the table.

    Pour into portioned plates, decorate with greens.
