You will need
Pasta “Miso” from Sen Soy Premium
1 piece (80 g)
Fish sauce from Sen Soy Premium
Peeled shrimp small
Shiitake mushrooms sliced from Sen Soy Premium
1 pkg. (20 g)
Rice is boiled. Shiitake mushrooms pour boiling water and leave for 10 minutes, then squeeze the water. Green onions finely chop. Celery cut into diagonal thin petals. Mushrooms cut into plates.
In boiling water (1l) stir miso paste from Sen Soy Premium . Do medium heat. Add fish sauce, omit the mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms. After 3 minutes, the petals of celery and shrimp. Cook all of 4 minutes.
In the plate first and in the center lay a small hill of rice. Then gently pour the broth. Sprinkle with finely chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
