Miso soup with crystal noodles - ReCiPes

You will need

  • Base / paste “Miso” from Sen Soy Premium

  • Bean vermicelli “Cellophane” from Sen Soy Premium

  • Shitake mushrooms Sen Soy Premium

    Brand shiitake mushrooms also fill with boiling water and leave for 10 minutes, then drain off the water and remove the mushrooms. If you buy whole mushrooms, then after squeezing them better cut into strips.

    Funchoza brand Sen Soy Premium flooded conventional boiling water (water should cover up the noodles completely) and leave for 7 minutes. Then recline in a colander. For ease of consumption, funchoza can be cut with kitchen scissors.

    Divide into portion bowls: funazu, spread on top of roasted vegetables and pour the broth-miso. Decorate with chopped green onions.

    Asian food is eaten immediately, freshly prepared. Re-warming they are not.
