Korean soup "Kimchi" - ReCiPes

You will need

  • The basis for soup “KIMCHI” from Sen Soy Premium

    1pc. (80 g)

  • Soy sauce, Sen Soy Premium

    4 tbsp

  • Sauerkraut

    350 g (2 cups)

  • Pork, brisket

    350 g

  • Oyster mushrooms

    200 g

  • Dry white wine

    100 ml.

  • Onions

    1 PC.

  • Garlic

    3 slices

  • Tofu

    80 g.

  • Green onions

    3 PCs.

  • Cilantro

    Pork cut into small pieces (2*2 cm). On well warmed up frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil fry 5 min. Add the soy sauce. After a minute add wine and simmer another 5 min.

    Tofu cut into small pieces (2*2*2 cm). Onion cut into half rings.Garlic finely chop. Oyster mushrooms split into separate mushrooms.

    In boiling water (1.2 l) put the sauerkraut and cook for 5 minutes. Add soup base “KIMCHI” brand Sen Soy Premium, stir until dissolved, cook for 10 min.

    Add to the pan the meat. After 7 minutes put the oyster mushrooms, onions, garlic, tofu and simmer 5 min.

    Pour hot soup bowls, decorate with chopped green onions and cilantro. Bon appetit!
