Chinese soup with beef and wide rice noodles - ReCiPes

You will need

  • Ginger root

    150 g

  • Green onions

    100 g

  • Beef, the flesh

    300-350 g.

  • Star anise

    1 asterisk

  • Cinnamon


  • Cabbage

    5 leaves

  • Sesame oil from Sen Soy Premium

    2 tsp.

  • Rice vinegar from Sen Soy Premium

    2 tbsp

  • Fish sauce from Sen Soy Premium

    1 tbsp

  • Soy sauce from Sen Soy Premium

    2 tbsp

  • Dry white wine (or rice)

    30 ml.

  • Rice noodles “Pho Ho” from Sen Soy Premium

    Ginger peel and cut into very thin strips. Chop tomatoes green onions (feathers cut into 3 parts). Garlic finely chop. Beef cut into thin wedges.

    In a hot pan with vegetable oil (4 tbsp) and fry the garlic for one minute, then add the pieces of meat, stir.

    Added brand products (rice vinegar, fish sauce, soy sauce) and spices (star anise and cinnamon). Stir. Meat should be browned.
    Then pour boiled water (450 ml.) and white table wine. Stew under a cover on slow fire of 30-40 minutes.

    Boil brand wide rice noodles “Pho Kho” according to the recipe on the package.

    Serve in the plate on the bottom of the spread sheets (pieces) Chinese cabbage (like petals). Spread on top of hot cooked noodles “Fo-Ho” flavored with signature sesame oil. Then pour the meat with the broth. Sprinkle fresh chopped green onions. Served to the table. Bon appetit!
