Moderately spicy, moderately
salty, moderately sweet, just gorgeous vegetable sauce with apples and chili pepper.
It can be simply spread on a slice of bread, eat meat any cooking
add to the first and second courses. It is especially nice when eaten even in the winter
the last portion of canned food, and then, finally, with fresh vegetables, adjika again
- Tomato 3000 g
- Carrots 1000 g
- Onion 1000 g
- Chili 1 PCs
- Pepper 1000 g
- Apple 1000 g
- Garlic 1 head
- Refined sunflower oil 5 tbsp
- Vinegar 9% 3 tbsp
- Sugar 1/2 glass
- Salt 1,5 tbsp
- Ground black pepper 1 tsp
How do we prepare vegetable sauce with apples and chili pepper? Tomatoes wash, cut and mince. Ideally, remove the skin, pouring them with boiling water.
Sweet pepper wash, remove the middle with seeds and mince.
Apples wash, cut, cut out the middle, and mince.
Carrots cleaned, washed and – through a meat grinder.
Onions clean, wash and mince.
Chili peppers cut, remove the seeds. Better to do it with gloves on. Garlic cloves clean. Chilli and garlic mince in a separate plate.
Mix all that played, except for garlic and hot peppers. Put in a saucepan and simmer under the lid for 1.5 hours after boiling. Every 15 – 20 minutes, stir with a wooden spatula.
45 minutes after the start of cooking, put the scrolled garlic and chilli. As well as salt, sugar, refined sunflower oil and black pepper. 10 minutes before the end pour the vinegar and stir.
Ready adjika can be immediately used as snacks, seasoning for various dishes. And you can prepare for the winter. Only need to sterilize small jars and lids.
Ready adjika lay boiling in the jars, tighten the lids and turn over to cool. Covered with a towel. Good luck with experiments and preparations! Bon appetit!
