An excellent sauce made of Mozzarella cheese and fresh cream can be spread on all types of bakery products, added to pasta, served with boiled meat. Delicate and fragrant, it will undoubtedly appeal to all members of your feast.
- Mozzarella cheese 100 g
- Cream 25% 100 ml
- Sea salt 1/4 tsp
- Dry garlic 1/3 tsp (ground)
- Italian herbs 1 tsp (ground)
How do we make Italian cream cheese sauce? Cut Mozzarella cheese into small pieces of any shape. We will melt it anyway.
Pour the cream, add dry ground garlic, sea salt and Italian herbs ground in any way.
You can, of course, melt everything in the microwave, but I prefer to do it in a water bath. After boiling water, stir our fantastic mixture until the Mozzarella melts.
