Eggplant Walnuts Greek Yogurt Olive Oil


  • Wash the eggplant and cut lengthwise into thin strips. Salt, put in a bowl, leave for half an hour to leave the bitterness. Wash and dry the eggplant, drizzle with olive oil and grill.
