Ready sauce from various types of herbs is stored in the refrigerator for several days. And we prepare salads or meat dishes every day. So it’s very convenient to have it handy in the refrigerator. In addition, green sauce according to our recipe contains very useful extra virgin olive oil and garlic. A small amount of salt and sugar makes the sauce the only seasoning for a dish in some cases and saves our time very much.
- Dill 1 beam
- Parsley 1 beam
- Spinach 1/2 beam
- Granulated sugar 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/3 tsp
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Olive oil 120 ml
How do we make green sauce for salad and meat dishes? We wash fresh dill and parsley and dry the moisture. Grind with a knife.
Wash fresh spinach, dry and chop larger than dill and parsley.
Put the prepared greens in a bowl.
Peel and chop the garlic with a knife.
Throw garlic into the herbs. With the nozzle – with a knife, scroll everything that we have gathered in the bowl. Then pour in extra virgin olive oil, add sugar, salt and scroll again.
