Garlic butter is an easy-to-prepare additive that will brighten any of your dishes, be it seafood, fish, grilled steak, steamed vegetables, pasta or just a loaf of bread. Softened butter is mixed with chopped garlic, and then you can put it in the refrigerator. When the butter has hardened, cut into slices and add to your dishes or grease the slices of bread and fry in the oven to make garlic bread. For cooking, use unsalted butter so you can adjust its taste as you wish.

Recipes use volumetric containers with a volume of:
1 cup (st.) – 240 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml.
1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 165 gr. unsalted butter, slightly softened
- 4 cloves of garlic, coarsely chopped
- Combine the butter and garlic in a food processor or using a mixer until smooth. Salt and pepper to taste.
