This easy-to-cook garlic bread perfectly complements your lunch or dinner, can be served with soup, dishes with sauces, or as an independent snack. A long baguette is cut lengthwise, opened and smeared with a mixture of garlic, parsley and basil. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml.

1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml.

1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 6 large cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 Art. parsley
  • 1 tbsp. l chopped basil leaves
  • 1 tsp coarse salt
  • 0.5 tsp ground black pepper
  • 0.5 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 long baguette



Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
  2. In a bowl of a food processor with a steel blade, put garlic, parsley, basil, salt and black pepper, and chop. In a medium-sized skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add the mixture of garlic and parsley and fry for 1 minute until the garlic is soft, but it should not brown. Remove from heat.
  3. Cut the baguette longitudinally in the center, but not completely, and put the garlic mixture inside. Put bread on a baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes. Slice diagonally into pieces and serve warm.
