The recipes use volumetric containers with the volume:
1 cup (st.) – 240 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml.
1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • Salted fat
  • Milk or yogurt
  • Black pepper
  • Flour
  • Peanut butter

Recipe preparation:

  1. Put the sliced ​​fat in a bowl and fill with milk or yogurt. Let stand for a few hours to slightly stretch the salt. Take the lard out of the milk. Drain the milk.
  2. Pepper each slice of bacon, and then lightly roll in flour.
  3. Pour 0.5 cm of peanut butter into a thick-bottomed pan. Heat the oil over moderate heat. Carefully place prepared slices of bacon in hot oil. Fry, turning over once, until it is slightly browned and fried (about 7-8 minutes).
