Evening cheese plate – a detailed recipe for cooking.

Recipes use volumetric containers with a volume of:
1 cup (st.) – 240 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml.
1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • Honey
  • Several types of cheese
  • Glazed Nuts, Crackers, Grapes

Recipe preparation:

  1. Cheese can be cut with a knife, or with a special device in the form of a stretched string, put on a dish. Next lay crackers, a bunch of grapes and nuts. Pour honey into a small bowl and place on a dish. Before serving, hold to room temperature.
    If the cheese plate is served as an independent dish, cut the cheese into large pieces of 150 – 300 g.
    If the cheese plate is served as a dessert, cut into small cubes of 25-50 g.

    Lay the cheese clockwise, with a small distance between the different types of cheese. Cheese is laid out depending on taste and aroma – from slightly aromatic cheeses to cheeses with a pronounced piquant taste and bright aroma.
