Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese
    100 g
  • bell peppers
    fifty g
  • cucumbers
    fifty g
  • tomatoes
    1 PC.
  • sour cream
    2 tbsp
  • garlic
    1 clove
  • dill

Bell pepper fresh cucumbers sour cream

Cooking:

  • Combine the cottage cheese and chopped garlic, put sour cream, dill, pepper, salt. Mix. Grind red cucumber and bell pepper. Cut the tomato into circles, put the cottage cheese filling on each. Sprinkle with cucumber and pepper. Garnish the tomatoes with cottage cheese and garlic dill.
