Ingredients for the recipe:

For buffalo wings:

  • 1.4 kg chicken wings, cut into three parts, remove the ends of the wings
  • Deep-frying vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 1 tbsp. l paprika
  • 3/4 Art. hot sauce
  • 120 gr. butter
  • 2 tbsp. l honey

For dip sauce:

  • 1/2 tbsp. sour cream
  • 1/4 Art. mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. l milk
  • 1/2 tbsp. crumbled blue cheese with mold
  • 1 clove of garlic, chop
  • Juice 1/2 Lemon
  • Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers

Recipe preparation:

  1. Prepare dip sauce: mix sour cream, blue cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, milk and lemon juice in a food processor. Season with salt and pepper. Cover the dip sauce with a film and refrigerate until serving.
  2. Cook the wings: pour 2.5 cm of vegetable oil into a deep pan and heat to 190 ° C.
  3. Stir flour and paprika in a bowl. Roll the wings in flour and fry, in parts, deep-fried on all sides, until crisp and golden, about 15 minutes. Put the wings on a paper towel so that excess fat is absorbed.
  4. Meanwhile, mix the hot sauce, butter and honey in a small saucepan, put on the stove and cook, stirring, over medium heat until thick, about 10 minutes. Transfer the deep-fried wings to the pan and mix with the sauce. Serve buffalo wings with dip sauce.
