Cabbage chips with garlic – a detailed recipe.

The recipes use measuring containers with a volume of:
1 glass (st.) – 240 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) – 120 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp. L.) – 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 head of kale
  • 2 garlic cloves, cut into slices
  • 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 1 lemon



Cooking a recipe:

  1. Disassemble the cabbage into leaves, cut off the central rigid ribs and bases; tear the leaves into 7 – 10 cm pieces. Stir in olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper and place on greased baking trays.

    Bake cabbage in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 12 – 15 minutes, stirring in the middle of cooking until crisp.

    Drizzle with a little lemon juice.
