Baked eggplant with sour cream and cheese - ReCiPes

Ingredients:

  • eggplant
    500 g
  • tomatoes
    500 g
  • sour cream
    200 g
  • hard cheese
    100 g
  • garlic
    3 cloves
  • ground black pepper
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • greenery

Cooking:

  • Grease a baking dish with oil or cover it with parchment.
  • Cut the eggplant in circles and leave for half an hour to remove the bitterness.
  • Put eggplant circles on eggplant slices, pepper and salt.
  • Cover the tomatoes with sour cream mixed with chopped garlic.
  • Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake.
  • Cooking time – 35 minutes, temperature – about 180 degrees.
