The peculiarity of this meatless meals is that for its preparation is used unpolished rice. But unpolished rice is the healthiest of all the types of rice that offers us a trade network. It has absolutely all the elements, vitamins, fats and proteins, which are necessary to man.
- Rice unpolished 1 glass
- Carrots 1 PCs
- Onion 1 PCs
- Fresh mushrooms 200 g
- Olive oil refined 3 tbsp

How do we cook vegetable rice with mushrooms in a slow cooker? To begin with, of course, have to wash the rice in several waters. The water poured in a bowl of rice, should be left blank. Without debris, dust and insects.
