Red Jasmine rice is a type of
brown Jasmine rice. It is not subjected to grinding, whereby
remains reddish atrubia shell on a white core. Recommended
for healthy and diet food. We offer you the cooking recipe vegetable
red rice with vegetables.
- The Jasmine rice Red 1 glass
- Water 2,5 glass
- Onion 1 PCs
- Carrots 1 PCs
- Sea salt 1/2 tsp
- Seasoning for pilaf 2 tsp
- Olive oil refined 3 tbsp
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Red pepper salad 1 PCs
How do we prepare red RED Jasmine rice with vegetables? Wash several times our red rice until the water remains clean.
Carefully read the instructions on the packaging with the rice and cook the rice for 35 minutes on low heat.
Cleaned onions, carrots, cloves of garlic, cut red pepper salad and scrub the inside part with the seeds. Washed onions and carrots grind knife, garlic cut into plates, salad pepper – julienne.
Heat the olive refined oil. Throw the bow first, within two minutes, the carrots, three minutes later, green pepper and garlic. Fry on medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
Add salt, seasoning for pilaf and ready cooked rice. Stir, leave on the heat for a few minutes and turn off heat. After 5 minutes the rice is ready.
