Pilaf – all beloved dish, as chefs from different countries and Amateurs alike to eat. It can be prepared from different kinds of meat – lamb, pork, chicken, beef. In this recipe, offer to cook pilaf with beef, hearty, tender and flavorful at the same time.
- Beef 600 g
- Rice white 2 glass
- Carrots 2 PCs
- Onion 3 PCs
- Garlic 10 cloves
- Refined sunflower oil 100 ml
- Salt 2 tsp
- Spices for pilaf 1 tsp
How do we prepare the pilaf with beef and rice? Thoroughly rinse the white rice in cold water several times. While in the water will not cease to emerge small litter of any nature.
Meat wash and cut into not very small. Because in this dish the beef should look good in portion plate.
Carrots and onions cleaned and washed. Cut arbitrarily. You can chop the onion half-rings. The carrot – cubes.
