- Water 1000 ml
- Peas 500 g, chipped
- Refined sunflower oil 3 tbsp

How do we cook pea porridge in a lean cooker? Let’s start with the vegetables. Peel the carrots and onions, rinse.
Grind onions with a knife, three carrots on a grater. Pour refined sunflower oil into the multicooker bowl and set the “Frying” program for 20 minutes. First we throw onions, then carrots. We pass until the vegetables are soft, stirring constantly.
Chopped peas are thoroughly washed in several waters. For cooking in a slow cooker, it is not necessary to soak it.
Spread on fried onions and carrots. Add salt, spices for vegetables, freshly ground black pepper. We pour very hot water so that the process of cooking peas begins immediately. Close the lid and turn on the “Porridge” program for 60 minutes.
After the cooking time, open the lid, mix the porridge. We determine whether peas have been cooked enough for us. If not (different capacities of multicookers), add boiling water a little and turn on the same program for another 20 minutes.
