Our unusual kebab,
it will be more correct to say – kebab, we will cook in the oven. But
we’ll get the pleasure of the prepared kebab no less than the absorption
real barbecue from pieces of meat cooked on the grill.
- Minced meat 600 g
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Potatoes 6 PC. (middle)
- Hard cheese 200 g
- Bulb onions 1 PC.
- Ground black pepper 1/4 tsp
- Salt 1/3 tsp
- Refined sunflower oil 2 tbsp
How do we cook kebabs of minced meat and potatoes in the oven? Cut the crust from the potatoes, rinse and carefully cut into circles with a thickness of 7 – 8 mm.
Peel the onions, rinse and finely chop. Three hard cheese on a fine grater. Mix the minced meat, onions, cheese, salt, black pepper, garlic squeezed through a press. We make flat cakes the size of potato circles.
Soak long wooden skewers in water an hour before use. Then we alternately string potato circles and meat cakes on them, placing them tightly one to the other.
Kebabs prepared in this way are laid on a baking sheet covered with foil.
We also cover with foil and bake in an oven preheated to a temperature of 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
We take it out, remove the top sheet of foil, pour it with sunflower oil and return the open kebabs to the oven for 15 minutes to brown. We put ready kebabs on lettuce leaves, add sliced fresh vegetables.
