Meat substitute pilaf

How do we cook lean pilaf with soy goulash? First, put the soy goulash in a pan, pour water. Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes.
Pour sunflower refined oil into a deep pan, heat it and fry cumin and dried garlic in it for 2-3 minutes. Then spread the boiled soy goulash. Constantly stirring, fry it with spices for 5-7 minutes.
Peel the carrots, wash and cut into large cubes. Throw them in a pan along with washed white rice.
Fry it all together with goulash, adding salt and freshly ground black pepper for about 3-4 minutes.
Pour boiling water, cover the pan with a lid and simmer rice with carrots and goulash on low heat for 25-30 minutes.
