Good recipe for delicious
assorted vegetables with noodles. Lean noodles you can cook yourself or
buy ready. The taste of fresh champignons and spices will pleasantly complement the taste of such
native by origin vegetables. Sourness of tomatoes will give a sense of completeness
and cheer up.
- Potatoes 4 PC.
- Fresh champignons 200 g
- Noodles 300 g, boiled
- White cabbage 200 g
- Water 700 ml
- Sunflower oil 4 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Spices for vegetables 1 tsp
- Freshly ground black pepper 1/3 tsp
- Bulb onions 2 PC.
- Carrot 1 PC.
- Soya sauce 1/2 cups
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Tomato sauce 3 tbsp
- Tomato paste 3 tbsp
- Greenery 1 beam
How do we cook lean vegetable noodles? We clean the potatoes in any way, wash and chop coarsely. Our dish in a plate should look like large colored spots.
Peel the carrots and onions, rinse and cut into slightly smaller cubes than potatoes.
We wash fresh mushrooms, cut into halves. If they are very large, then quarters or even eights.
We will not grind cabbage very much. Cut into 2 x 2 cm squares.
In the bowl of the multicooker we throw the chopped potatoes, carrots, onions, cabbage, mushrooms.
In a separate bowl, mix a glass of water with tomato sauce, tomato paste, soy sauce.
Add 2 cups (400 ml) of water to the vegetables in the multicooker bowl, close the lid and turn on the “Stewing” program for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, open the lid, add a mixture of sauces, salt, spices for vegetables, freshly ground black pepper and chopped garlic with a knife.
We mix everything. We turn on the Extinguishing program again for 15 minutes and close the lid. When the multicooker signals the end of work, our vegetables are ready.
Simultaneously with cooking vegetables in a slow cooker, cook noodles in salted water in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Pour onto a sieve.
We put noodles in portioned plates, vegetables on it and pour the vegetable juice from the multicooker on top. You can top the vegetables with sunflower oil of the first extraction and decorate with chopped greens. Be healthy and enjoy your meal!
