Lean Vegetable Assortment with Noodles

Good recipe for delicious
assorted vegetables with noodles. Lean noodles you can cook yourself or
buy ready. The taste of fresh champignons and spices will pleasantly complement the taste of such
native by origin vegetables. Sourness of tomatoes will give a sense of completeness
and cheer up.

  • Potatoes 4 PC.
  • Fresh champignons 200 g
  • Noodles 300 g, boiled
  • White cabbage 200 g
  • Water 700 ml
  • Sunflower oil 4 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Spices for vegetables 1 tsp
  • Freshly ground black pepper 1/3 tsp
  • Bulb onions 2 PC.
  • Carrot 1 PC.
  • Soya sauce 1/2 cups
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Tomato sauce 3 tbsp
  • Tomato paste 3 tbsp
  • Greenery 1 beam

    How do we cook lean vegetable noodles? We clean the potatoes in any way, wash and chop coarsely. Our dish in a plate should look like large colored spots.

    Peel the carrots and onions, rinse and cut into slightly smaller cubes than potatoes.
