- Refined sunflower oil 100 ml
- Salt 1 tsp
- Boiling water 100 ml
- Bulb onions 1 PC.
- Freshly ground black pepper 1/3 tsp
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Potatoes 1 PC. middle
- Fresh champignons 5 PC.

How do we cook lean oatmeal cutlets with mushrooms? First of all, measure the oatmeal, pour it into the pan. Bring the water to a boil and pour into flakes. Cover and set aside for 20 minutes.
While the flakes swell, peel the potatoes, onions and garlic and three on a fine grater. We wash and chop greens. Already in the swollen flakes we throw all prepared ingredients, as well as freshly ground pepper and salt.
Wash the mushrooms, dry and chop with a knife. Throw to the cereal too.
Mix everything obtained with a spoon. The mass should turn out to be neither liquid nor thick. In a word, as for real cutlets, which can be typed with the same tablespoon.
We spread in heated sunflower refined oil. Fry for 2-3 minutes on medium heat until a beautiful brown crust forms.
Then we turn over and fry the second side for another minute. We make the fire under the pan minimal, close the pan with a lid and fry the patties for another 3-4 minutes.
We put ready cutlets on paper towels to stack excess fat. Then we shift into portioned plates, decorate with greens. At the same time, for especially hungry family members, you can cook any favorite side dish, cut seasonal vegetables.
