Kebab with bacon and
potatoes can be cooked from fat with layers of meat from the side of a young pig and
from potatoes. This type of kebab can be cooked in the oven of a high-rise building.
But if you are in the country or in the country, and you have a barbecue with you,
then, of course, it is necessary to cook on the grill. Sequence of operations
exactly the same, you even need to wrap raw kebab in foil in both
- Pork 400 g (for bacon)
- Potatoes 8 PC.
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Refined sunflower oil 4 tbsp
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Adjika dry 3 tbsp
How do we cook kebabs with bacon and potatoes? Let’s start with the potatoes. It is better if the season allows the use of new potatoes. We clean and cut it into thick mugs, sprinkle with adjika, salt, chopped garlic, add sunflower oil.
We cut the bacon meat into rectangles so that when folded it is the size of a potato mug.
Mix potatoes with the rest of the ingredients and put on skewers, alternating with rolled meat.
We wrap the obtained blanks in foil and put on the brazier over moderate coals at a height of 10 cm. Cook for 20-25 minutes, turning from time to time.
Then we remove the foil and fry the half-prepared kebab until ready, often turning the skewers.
Both potatoes and bacon must acquire golden skin. Spread on a large dish. You can serve it on the table, on skewers.
And you can remove it with a sharp knife. It is tasty to have such a barbecue with sauce, fresh bread, if you starve for a week in anticipation of such a hearty meal.
