- Chicken 600 g
- Refined sunflower oil 50 ml
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Buckwheat 1 glass
- Water 3 glass
- Butter 30 g

- Refined sunflower oil 30 ml

- Mushroom seasoning 2 tsp

- Flour 1 tbsp
- Bay leaf 2 PCs
How do we make some fantastic chicken with buckwheat in mushroom sauce? Start with chicken or chicken meat, cut from any location chicken, cut into large pieces.
Heat sunflower refined oil in a skillet and fry the meat pieces until a slight blush.

Now turn to the spices. Add salt, black pepper and mushroom seasoning. Stir, simmer another minute and remove from heat.
When the meat with buckwheat already ready, add the sauce and stir all the contents of the saucepan. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
The finished chicken with buckwheat in mushroom sauce laid out in a dish and decorate with greens. Will be very fragrant if in each plate put a slice of butter. All a pleasant appetite!
