Chicken fillet with garlic in sour cream - ReCiPes

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet
    2 PC.
  • sour cream
    4-5 tbsp
  • bulb onions
    1 head
  • vegetable oil
  • spice
  • salt

for sauce:

  • sour cream
    200 ml
  • flour
    2 tbsp
  • garlic
    2 cloves

Cooking:

  • Dice raw chicken breast. Peel and wash onions, cut into cubes. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, put the fillet, sprinkle with spices, salt and fry for five minutes. Add chopped onion, simmer another five minutes. Pour sour cream into the pan, mix and heat the chicken dish for another 10 minutes, under the lid.
