During baking in the oven, the sharp taste of garlic becomes much softer and more appetizing, the cloves also become tender, golden and can simply be squeezed out of the husk, and your kitchen is filled with a fabulous aroma. Baked garlic can be used anywhere. The simplest thing is to spread it on a toasted slice of bread and sprinkle with coarse salt to make an excellent snack. Also add to sauces, soups, dressings and dip, stew, meat and main dishes, so that their taste becomes more spicy and rich.
Time: 35 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
