This mixture of dried herbs is widespread in the south of France and is perfect for any of your dishes in the Mediterranean style, whether it be baked chicken, fried fish, grilled meat or salad dressing. Recipes use volumetric containers with a volume of:
1 cup (st.) – 240 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml.
1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2 tbsp. l dried thyme
  • 2 tbsp. l dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp. l dried basil
  • 2 tbsp. l dried marjoram
  • 2 tbsp. l dried fennel seeds
  • 2 tbsp. l dried savory
  • 2 tbsp. l dried rosemary

Recipe preparation:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl. Store in airtight containers.
