Yuba, Yuba (Korean salad) - ReCiPes

You will need

  • Dressing for asparagus in Korean from Sen Soy Premium

    1 piece (80 g)

  • Dried asparagus soy Sen Soy Premium

    110 g.

  • Celery

    1 – 2 PCs.

  • Cucumber

    100 g

  • Garlic

    1 – 2 slices

  • Greens chopped

    20 g.

    Soybean boiled asparagus soaked in warm water for 4 hours.. Then drain off the water and cut into small cubes (length 1.5-2cm)

    Celery cut into thin strips, also cut and a cucumber, garlic, finely shinkuem.
    Mix the chopped vegetables and soy asparagus in a deep bowl. Fill branded gas station brand Sen Soy Premium, all mix thoroughly. Cover with a lid or cling film and leave to stand for about 2H.
