Spicy salad with zucchini with mushrooms in Korean - ReCiPes

You will need

  • Dressing Korean “For Carrots” from Sen Soy Premium

    1 piece (80 g)

  • Young zucchini

    300 g.

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Onion, large

    1 PC.

    Zucchini wash well, cut off the edges(tail) and cut into half rings (thickness 0.5 cm).
    Passeruem in a pan without oil -3 minutes. Then pour Korean dressing “For Carrots” from Sen Soy Premium, mix well, marinate for 4 hours.

    Mushrooms cut into slices with a thickness of 0.4 cm.. onions thin half-rings.
    In a hot pan with a small amount of vegetable oil fry the onion until Golden, add the mushrooms passeruem 4-5 minutes. (the mushrooms should soften but remain elastic, crispy).

    Mix all ingredients, leave for 30-40 minutes. When serving you can decorate with greens.
