Salad with funchoza and shrimp in Korean - ReCiPes

You will need

  • Korean gas station “For funchoza” from Sen Soy Premium

    1 piece (80g).

  • Vermicelli Cellophane from Sen Soy Premium

    1 bunch (50 g)

  • Large shrimp

    200 g

  • Fresh mushrooms

    8 PCs.

  • Red onion

    1 PC.

  • Cherry tomatoes

    4 – 6 PCs.

    Shrimp cleaned from the shell and intestinal vein. Onions cut thin half-rings. Half sweet red pepper cut into thin feathers. If the mushrooms are large, then cut them in slices (thickness 3mm), and passeruem in a frying pan with vegetable oil (2 tbsp),
    minutes 4.

    The beam funchoza pour boiling water (water should completely hide the noodles) and leave for 7 minutes. Then drain off the water, put funchoza in a deep bowl, add fried mushrooms and shrimp, onions, pour all Korean dressing “For funchoza” from Sen Soy Premium, mix thoroughly and allow to infuse for 1 hour.

    When serving, decorate with slices of tomatoes and chopped greens.
