  • chicken fillet

  • red beans in their own juice

  • canned corn
    300 g
  • tomatoes
    200 g
  • cabbage
    100 g
  • natural yogurt
    fifty g
  • garlic
    2 cloves
  • salt


  • Boil the chicken, cut into slices. Thinly chop the Beijing cabbage. Dice red tomatoes.
  • Add canned corn and red beans to the mixture in their own juice, drain the liquid.
  • Pour in natural yogurt without flavoring, season with chopped garlic, salt – to taste. Mix the salad and serve.
