Mushroom salad in pan-Asian style - ReCiPes

You will need

  • Soy sauce SenSoyPremium

    2 tbsp

  • Tomatoes small


  • Arugula

    5-10 g (a few sprigs)

  • Black pepper


  • Garlic

    1 clove

  • Coriander


  • Mushrooms, large

    4 PCs

    Cut the mushrooms in large plates with a thickness of 0.4 cm Passeruem in a frying pan with vegetable oil (1 tbsp). Passeruem (about 2 minutes) so that the mushrooms become little bit soft, but retain elasticity/firmness.

  • 2.

    Mix soy sauce brand SenSoyPremium, a pinch of black pepper and coriander, pressed through garlic, 1 tsp vegetable oil (or olive).

  • 3.

    On a platter arrange the mushrooms, spread on top of sliced tomatoes plates. Decorate with sprigs of arugula and drizzle with sauce.
