Japanese salad with zucchini, mango and avocado - ReCiPes

You will need

  • Salad dressing “GINGER” from Sen Soy Premium

    1pc. (40g)

  • Zucchini small

    1pc. (200 g)

  • Avocado


  • Mango

    1/4 EA.

  • Arugula Salad

    30-40 g

  • Spinach

    30-40 g

    Remove the seed from mango and cut into thin slices (thickness 0.3 cm), the fourth part of the fruit flesh.
    Half avocado peel and cut into thin slices (thickness 0.3 cm).

    Zucchini wash, remove the extreme end (tail), cut into circles (thickness 0.5 cm). Fry in a hot pan with a little oil (1 tbsp), first one side then the other for minutes. The same can be done using the grill pan (without oil), then the zucchini will turn out beautiful.

    Put lettuce on a dish, top to distribute the avocado slices, then the zucchini and top circles-petals Manco. All evenly sprinkled with Japanese salad dressing GINGER from Sen Soy Premium.

    Then gently “wheresover” weight 2 spatulas. Water(spray the surface) dressing “Citrus” brand from Sen Soy Premium. Again gently mix the salad (not interfere, and raise the edges with a spatula mass), so that the ingredients are not choked and remained juicy.
