Dressing “Citrus” from Sen Soy Premium
Fresh raspberries (blueberries or other berry)
Shrimp cleaned from the shell and intestinal vein. In a hot pan with a small amount of vegetable oil fry the shrimp on each side (about a minute each side).
Avocado and pineapple cleaned, cut into small cubes. Figs 4E cut into pieces, slices.
Distribute on a plate slices of figs, pineapple, avocado, berries, spread on top of shrimp. Spray on surface dressing “Citrus” brand from Sen Soy Premium.
