Japanese salad with berries and shrimp - ReCiPes

You will need

  • Dressing “Citrus” from Sen Soy Premium

    1pc. (40g)

  • Royal prawns

    5 PCs

  • Avocado

    1 PC.

  • Fresh figs

    2 PCs

  • Pineapple

    100 g

  • Fresh raspberries (blueberries or other berry)

    3 tbsp.

  • 1.

    Shrimp cleaned from the shell and intestinal vein. In a hot pan with a small amount of vegetable oil fry the shrimp on each side (about a minute each side).

  • 2.

    Avocado and pineapple cleaned, cut into small cubes. Figs 4E cut into pieces, slices.

  • 3.

    Distribute on a plate slices of figs, pineapple, avocado, berries, spread on top of shrimp. Spray on surface dressing “Citrus” brand from Sen Soy Premium.
