A popular summer salad of cucumbers and tomatoes will become much tastier if you season it with red wine vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. And to make it more colorful, add red onion to the vegetables. Everything is cut into identical small cubes and mixed with parsley. The perfect refreshing addition to your favorite dishes.

Recipes use volumetric containers with a volume of:
1 cup (st.) – 240 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml.
1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • Diced half cucumber
  • 2 diced tomatoes
  • A handful of parsley chopped
  • Half medium red onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. l red wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp. l extra virgin olive oil

Recipe preparation:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Season with vinegar and olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
