Fresh salad with mango and chicken - ReCiPes

You will need

  • Chicken

    150-200 g

  • Sweet pepper yellow


  • Red onion salad

    1/5 PCs.

  • Mango

    1 PC.

  • Beansprouts

    80-100 g

  • Cherry

    2 PCs

  • Rice vinegar from Sen Soy Premium

    1 tsp.

  • Soy sauce from Sen Soy Premium

    2 tbsp

  • Sesame oil from Sen Soy Premium

    1 tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 tbsp

  • Orange juice with pulp

    1-2 tbsp

  • Chilli

    ½ – 1 PCs.

    Chicken fillet cut into thin slices (2*3*0,3 cm).

    Grind in a blender (or grinder) hot chilli without beans and garlic.

    In a bowl, pour rice vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce (1 tbsp), sugar (1 tsp), stir until the sugar is dissolved, mix with pepper, garlic and meat.

    After 10 minutes fry in a hot pan with a small amount of vegetable oil (1 tbsp), stirring constantly. Broil 7 minutes (because the slices of meat are thin, cook quickly, the excess liquid needs to evaporate). The meat can be a little cool while we prepare the remaining ingredients.

    Prepare the other ingredients: very thin feather cut red onions; mango clean from the skin and the flesh cut into thin strips, also slice a sweet yellow pepper. Cherry tomatoes cut into 4 parts.

    In a bowl put all the ingredients little by little in layers so the salad was more air; so the ingredients are easier to mix was before eating.

    First, spread a little sweet pepper, cherry tomatoes, a little meat, mango, bean sprouts, etc.

    Mix thoroughly in a bowl the orange juice, vegetable oil, rice vinegar brand, a little brand of soy sauce. Sbryzgivaem salad dressing. All immediately served to the table freshly prepared.
