Chinese salad with seafood and bak-Choy - ReCiPes

You will need

  • Shrimp large

    6-8 PCs.

  • Salmon fillet

    100 g

  • Bak – Choi

    5 leaves

  • Onion, small

    1 PC.

  • Hot red pepper

    1/2 -1 PC.

  • Garlic

    1 clove

  • Soy sauce from Sen Soy Premium

    2-3 tbsp

  • Rice vinegar from Sen Soy Premium

    1 tsp.

  • Fish sauce from Sen Soy Premium

    1 tsp.

  • Sugar

    3 tsp.

  • Table wine

    2 tbsp

  • Nutmeg

    pinch

  • Fresh ginger

    4 x 4 x 4 x 4cm

    Shrimp cleaned from the shell and remove the intestinal vein. Salmon cut into small cubes (1*2*3cm.).
    Cut onion into thin half-rings, chop garlic finely. Red pepper cut in half, remove the grain and cut into very thin half-rings.
    (!) the amount of hot pepper dishes is governed solely by your taste.

    Ginger peel, grate and squeeze the juice. Mix the juice with soy sauce brand Sen Soy Premium, wine, sugar, nutmeg, branded rice vinegar and fish sauce. Mix all of the sugar is dissolved.

    Bak-Choy divided into separate leaflets. (!) if you are not able to find this vegetable, then either take a cabbage with thick leaves (delicate openwork part is not needed). The thick part of the leaf (up to 8 – 10cm.) partial lengthwise into 3-4 pieces.

    In a hot pan with a small amount of vegetable oil (1tbsp.l.) spread chopped red pepper shrimp and salmon pieces. Fry less than a minute with the 1st side, then sbryzgivaem a little bit of our sauce (1/3) and fry for 1-2 minutes, without a lid. Then remove the pan from the fire.

    In a hot pan with a small amount of vegetable oil (1tbsp.l.) quickly fry the onion until Golden brown, then put the garlic, the remaining sauce (just evaporate it), after a minute put the leaves of Pak Choy (or cabbage)- passeruem 2-3 minutes (the leaves must be elastic, not too soft; don’t overcook).

    Spread on a plate first, put the fried vegetables, then the salmon pieces and prawns. The dish can be decorated with sesame seeds or chopped herbs.
