The finished dish looks very

- Turkey (drumstick) – 1 pc.
- Red onion – 1 pc.
- Carrots – 1 pc.
- Potato – 7 pcs.
- Spices for poultry – 1 tsp.
- Refined sunflower oil – 2 tbsp. l
- Salt – 1/2 tsp.
- Garlic – 5 cloves
- Paprika flakes – 1 tsp.
- Marjoram – 1 tsp.
How do we cook a turkey?
with vegetables in the oven? As a turkey we use poultry drumstick today. It
quite large in size, and with moderate appetite, it can feed two
family members. After all, our dish also includes a side dish. So, shin refresh
under a warm shower, slightly dry with a paper towel. Rub with salt and
spices for poultry. Put in a mold coated with refined oil or
covered with foil.
Peeling vegetables – potatoes,
carrots, red onions, and also garlic. We rinse with water.

Bake in preheated
1 hour in advance at 180 degrees. Then we remove the foil,
reduce the temperature to 150 degrees and leave the form in the oven for another 30
