Turkey meat has a rather high content of vitamins and minerals, and at the same time there is no cholesterol. This bird was brought to Europe from America in the 16th century. Since then, they began to grow it at home, as this meat is always popular.

How do we cook turkey fillet with prunes in the oven? We start with
that meat, no matter how clean it may seem, is washed under running
water. Dry with a paper towel and rub with a mixture of salt and ground black
pepper on all sides. Set aside for 30 minutes.
The shape that we have chosen for baking fillets is covered with foil.
Lubricate it with refined sunflower oil. Spread meat and grease
its surface is the same oil.
Around the fillet on the sides of the form, lay out the prunes, bay leaf and
fill them with white semi-dry wine.
Cover the form with the fillet on top with the same size sheet of foil and
we wrap the edges over the edges of the bottom sheet so that the pair does not have the opportunity to exit.
We turn on the oven to heat to a temperature of 180 degrees. We put in it
form with meat and bake it for 60 minutes. Then we take out the form from the oven, remove
top sheet of foil, pour meat juice from the bottom of the fillet surface and
return to the oven for 20 minutes to get a golden crust.
We take out the form from the oven, let it cool slightly and lay out the fillet with
prunes on a large dish. You can decorate with herbs and sliced fresh vegetables.
Have a great mood and always have a good appetite!
