Freshly squeezed lemon juice is prepared in just 5 minutes. It is rich in vitamins, energizes, refreshes and just gives a good mood. In order not to have to wait until the lemonade cools in the refrigerator, part of the water is replaced with crushed ice. Whip everything in a blender and you’re done! For sweetness, add ultrafine sugar. It dissolves faster than granulated sugar, and you do not have to heat the liquid for this. Sweeten the lemonade to taste and enjoy. Ideal for summer.

Recipes use volumetric containers with a volume of:
1 cup (st.) – 240 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml.
1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice (5 – 6 lemons)
  • 0.5 – 3/4 Art. ultrafine sugar to taste
  • 1 tbsp. crushed ice
  • 4 tbsp. water

Recipe preparation:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and beat until smooth. Serve lemonade with ice.
