Yakisoba with language - ReCiPes

You will need

  • Veal tongue

    1 PC.

  • Japanese noodles SOBA brand Sen Soy Premium

    2 bundles

  • Sauce for noodle “YAKISOBA” (YAKISOBA) from Sen Soy Premium

    1pc. (80 g)

  • Sweet bell pepper red

    1 PC.

  • Sweet pepper yellow

    1 PC.

  • To decorate: sesame seed (1 tsp) and herbs

    Boil the tongue (veal, beef or pork – your choice).

    Beef tongue is boiled for about 4h.on low heat, veal and pork – about 2 hours should add some salt for half an hour until tender. With boiled tongue, remove all the outer skin and cut into pieces of similar shapes, for example cubes.

    While preparing meat, boil Japanese SOBA noodles brand Sen Soy Premium according to the recipe on the back of the pack. Then unfold the noodles in a colander.

    In a hot pan with a small amount of vegetable oil (2 tbsp) and fry the sweet pepper cut in thin strips. After a minute add the noodles, stir. After another minute add the sauce for noodle “YAKISOBA” (YAKISOBA) brand Sen Soy Premium. Fry for 3-4 minutes.

    Spread the noodles on plates, top lay the slices of a tongue, decorate with sesame seed and chopped herbs.

  • 5.

    According to Asian tradition, the dish is served hot and re-heating is not subject.
