Wide rice noodles Pho-Ho with mushrooms and beef - ReCiPes

You will need

  • Rice noodles Pho-Ho from Sen Soy Premium

    1/4 package

  • Shiitake mushrooms brand SenSoyPremium (or other mushrooms)

    ½ Package

  • Veal

    150-200 g

  • The cooking sauce for “Yakitori” (YAKITORI) from Sen Soy Premium

    1 PC (120 g)

  • Carrots little

    Wide rice noodles “Pho-Ho” brand Sen Soy Premium fill completely with hot water and leave for an hour to make it supple.

  • 2.

    Meat cut into cubes (1*3 cm), carrot – thin sticks.

  • 3.

    Shiitake mushrooms brand SenSoyPremium fill with boiling water and leave for 10 minutes, then drain off water, squeeze mushrooms; if you bought sliced and whole mushrooms, then you need to cut them into strips.

    (!) If the flavor of shiitake mushrooms seem sharp, specific, then you can replace them with others, for example, fresh mushrooms (4 PCs)

    Heat the pan with high sides (preferably a WOK or cauldron). Pour vegetable oil (2 tbsp) and fry first the carrot, stirring occasionally with a spatula, for 2 minutes.

    Then add the meat and pour a half a pack of sauce “Yakitori” (YAKITORI) brand SenSoyPremium, fry for 3-4 minutes.

  • 6.

    Spread in the pan noodles Fo-Ho, which we previously threw on a colander, to drain excess moisture.

    Mix all ingredients, add the remaining sauce “Yakitori” and shiitake mushrooms.

    Fry for 4 minutes. Periodically gently turn over with a spatula.

  • 7.

    Served to the table hot. You can decorate with chopped herbs.

    (!) Asian food is eaten immediately, freshly prepared. Re-heated they cannot be.
