Veal in caramel sauce - ReCiPes

You will need

  • Veal, the flesh

    550 g

  • Fish sauce from Sen Soy Premium

    1 tbsp

  • The basis of “Miso” from Sen Soy Premium

    2 tbsp

  • Cognac

    3 tbsp.

  • Hot pepper

    ½ – 1 pieces (to taste)

  • Black pepper

    pinch

  • Coconut milk from Sen Soy Premium

    3 tbsp.

  • Rice vinegar from Sen Soy Premium

    1 tsp.

  • Brown sugar

    5 tbsp

  • Sweet green pepper

    2 PCs

  • Onions

    1-2 PCs

  • 1.

    Veal cut into small flat strips (4*1,5*0,4).

  • 2.

    Grind hot peppers without beans in a blender (or grinder), add the brandy, a pinch of black pepper, pasta “Miso” brand Sen Soy Premium branded fish sauce and mix everything.

    Add the pieces of meat, mix thoroughly and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

    (!) Fish sauce is commonly used in Asian cuisine for the preparation of meat dishes; it goes well with meat.

    Prepare caramel sauce: pour into the pan the sugar, pour the water in (3.5 tbsp), put on fire and bring to a boil. When the caramel will darken to red-brown color, remove from heat and add rice vinegar, coconut milk. Stir to dissolve caramel.

    Sweet pepper cut into pieces (2*2 cm), onion also chop tomatoes.

    Mix with marinated meat sent in a hot pan with a small amount of vegetable oil (2 tbsp), fry, stirring quickly with a spatula – about 4-5 minutes.

    Add the peppers, after 3 minutes add the onions and caramel sauce. Stir, cover, do a medium heat, fry for 3-4 minutes.

    Veal in caramel serve with boiled rice, a slice of lime and chopped greens. Bon appetit!
