Veal in a spicy oyster sauce with shiitake - ReCiPes

You will need

  • Sauce for cooking “Black pepper” brand Sen Soy Premium

    1 pkg. (120 g)

  • Dried shiitake mushrooms brand Sen Soy Premium

    1 pkg. (20 g)

  • Veal (shoulder flesh)

  • Sweet pepper yellow green

    The flesh of meat should be cut into thin slices (wafers, the thickness is about 0.3 cm). Shiitake mushrooms fill completely with boiling water and leave for 10 minutes, then drain off the water, squeeze the mushrooms with your hands. Cut onion into large half-rings. Sweet peppers are traditionally cut into strips or small squares.

    In a wide hot pan with a small amount of vegetable oil (1-2 tbsp) and fry the pieces of meat without a lid, stir constantly. Fry for 3 minutes. Then add the onions.

    After a minute pour in the sauce “Black pepper” brand Sen Soy Premium, and pieces of sweet pepper and shiitake mushrooms, all stir fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly with chopsticks for cooking (or small spatula gently lifting the ingredients).

    The meat served to the table hot. You can decorate with greenery, and on a garnish submit boiled rice.
